Luke has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions in a variety of contexts. He has represented insurance companies and defended insured parties, giving him unique insight into how the insurance process works. He has experience in jury and bench trials and appears in state and federal court. He has recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients.

Luke is a Chattanooga native with strong ties to the Chattanooga area and bar. He graduated from Chattanooga Christian High School then attended Flagler College, where he graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of his class. He graduated magna cum laude from The University of Mississippi School of Law. While attending law school, he served as an editor of the prestigious Journal of Space Law, the world's oldest legal journal dedicated to the topic. Luke is active in his community. He is a former Sergeant-at-Arms of the Downtown Sertoma Club of Chattanooga and currently serves as the President of the board for the Folk School of Chattanooga, a non-profit organization.
